MAWAD operates businesses specializing in the distribution of industrial materials and equipment. MAWAD’s investment portfolio includes two independently operated companies; SETCO and CISCO. Supplying from local inventory or direct shipment from manufacturers.

Established in 1966, Cisco’s chemical trading business developed in response to growth in key sectors of Kuwait’s economy. By addressing the unique needs of each sector, Cisco has become a market leader with a substantial product and service portfolio.

SETCO began operations in 1992 and has grown into a significant market player in Kuwait. The company provides products, systems and services for applications in water and wastewater treatment, as well as solid waste management.
